InDC Retrieval is part of a software development organization which specializes in
developing useful, innovative applications. Our Team has frequently been recognized
for innovative, quality work. For example, the Global Information Infrastructure (GII)
Awards recognized us for "developing online applications that combine technology with
the advancing of human values". This award is sponsored by Compaq, Citibank, IBM,
MCI, Gateway2000, Lucent Technologies, & Oracle. InDC Retrieval Technologies Inc.
was founded in 1993 to provide electronic document conversions and electronic data
archiving services to the Oil and Gas industry.

InDC focuses on providing solutions in the following areas:

Financial Data Archiving - A large number of accounting systems do not have effective
means in which to archive their historical data for customer service or audit. InDC
provides solution to these problems by indexing and archiving the digital output files
from these systems to CD-ROMs, which in-turn can be used in stand-alone mode or via
a webserver.

Image Management - InDC has written entire image management systems that serve 100s
of thousands of images. In early 1997, Internet technologies were adopted as a method
of distribution and management of these images. Today InDC has a number of clients who
manage their electronic images over Internets, Intranets and Extranets.

Reference and Publication Manual Re-engineering - InDC spends considerable resources
developing processes, which allow them to take existing internal manuals and large
technical documents, either in electronic format or on paper, and outputting them to
CD-ROM and Webservers. The process can involve format conversions, data parsing,
building hypertext links, scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), document
assembly and auditing.

InDC continues to expand on web-based solutions for data management and document publishing.
